LEASE PIXELS

LEASE PIXELS LAST UPDATED: 30/10/2005

So you want to lease some pixels on my site? Good decision. Let me explain a few things first, and be sure to read this page from top to bottom, so we can be friends and more importantly stay friends.

Before you can lease any block of pixels, you have to open an account (Proceed to the end of the page to do so after you have read all the page) which is free and require a very few details, and then you can lease pixels within the account.

You can choose the block of pixels you want to lease on the pixel map, so long it is not already taken or reserved, but you cannot put your image on the Union Jack nor on the Stars, these blocks of pixels have been blocked by me for a later release which will happen whenever  there is not enough space anymore (If it ever happens).

Before you open an account, I will ask you to agree to my terms and conditions below, if you do not agree then, do not open a account, it is that simple.

LEASE OF BLOCK(S) OF PIXELS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

LEASE

Minimum lease is 1 block of 10 x 10 pixels @ AU$10 per block.

Maximum number of blocks you can lease is limited by the availability on the pixel map.

All block(s) leases will expire on the 1st November 2010.

You do not own any part or block(s) of pixel on my site, you lease it

You cannot sell your block(s), since you lease it, though you can rent the link(s) (Provided you advise me first you will be doing so) and organize your own re-direction to someone else, as per your own arrangement, but you will not be able to change the link(s) and image(s) without paying an administration fee of AU$30 and wait a minimum of 7 days before they can be approved and published again, so organize your structure well before starting to upload.

I do not want to get involved in your "renting" business nor in your eventual dispute with third parties as a result of renting your block(s). I cannot be responsible for your actions.

WHO CAN LEASE FROM ME?

Anybody that can sell their product & services to the Australian public can advertise on my pixel map, except the non allowed types of websites described below (in NOT ALLOWED) or links to them, and advertisers that cannot sell their product & services to the Australian public, EG: if you sell satellite television subscriptions exclusively to people from New York city, there is no point in advertising here, as my aim is to serve the Australian public with services and products they can use or buy. Now on the other hand if you are an Australian business that sells exclusively abroad, you are still welcome to advertise here, because your are from OZ mate. As far as personal websites go, all are accepted as long as we can make use of the information here in Australia and they do not fall under the non allowed types.

NOT ALLOWED

Images that are animated, obscene, and offensive or of pornographic nature are not allowed on the pixel map.

Links to websites that promote violence, racism, discrimination, terrorism and pornography are not allowed on the pixel map.

CHEATERS

People trying to upload what is not allowed will be penalized and will have to pay an administration fee of AU$30 and wait a minimum of 7 days before they can be approved and published again, should they did not learn their lesson the first time, and do it again, then their lease will be cancelled and I will make the block(s) available to me. Should they not pay the administration fee within 30 days then their lease will be cancelled and I will make the block(s) available to me.

Though I can have a good control over your image(s) once it is uploaded, I cannot have such control as of what a link will show after a few days, but believe me, if it shows what is not allowed to show and the offender is caught, they will be no penalty, their lease will be cancelled straight away and I will make the block(s) available to me.

VERIFICATION

No image(s) or link(s) will be uploaded before payment as been received and verified.

To preserve the integrity of my website and pixel map, all orders have to be approved for publishing on the pixel map, it is not an automatic process, so I see every images I put on the pixel map and I visit the link(s) as well.

REFUND

There is no refund, especially for people who broke my rules. if you are penalized and your image(s) and link(s) does not even make it on the pixel map, there is no refund as well, I will only refund if I think I am in the wrong somewhere, somehow. If you change of mind though you will not be refunded even if your image(s) and link(s) have not been published yet, so there is no trial nor changing of mind...all I am asking is to be sure before you pay.

TRAFFIC

I do not guarantee any click(s) on your image(s) or traffic to your site , be sure you understand this one as well.

DOWNTIME

I will not be responsible for any of the server downtime should it happen, nor should I compensate you for the downtime.

CANCELLATION

If you do no want to be on the pixel map, I can cancel the lease and make the block(s) available to me, but you can cannot be refunded, there is no fee to cancel but there is a minimum period of 7 days before I completely cancel the block(s).

IMAGE(S)

You must have the right or permission to use the image(s) you upload on the pixel map.

Image(s) must be the exact size you have paid for if not they will not fit and show properly, bugger.

Image(s) must be of reasonable KB size, if not I may compress it.

If you want to change the image(s) and link(s) of your block(s), there is an administration fee of AU$30 and a waiting period of 7 days before it can be updated again from the time the fee is paid. At my discretion I can provide this service for free for a good customer so long it does not happen every half an hour if you know what I mean.

Images must be in GIF or JPEG format and not animated, if it is animated you will be penalized, you know the administration fee by now and what happen if you do pay it.

LINK(S)

Link(s) must be to webpage(s) only, please verify your link(s) works before uploading, and write it correctly... and be sure it is the one you want to advertise until the 1st of November 2010.

PAYMENT AND TIME FRAME

- Paypal order or credit card order (which are processed by paypal as well without having to open a paypal account)  will be verified within 24 hours, after which you will be allowed to upload your link(s) and image(s) for approval and publishing.

Your pixels will be approved and published within 24 hours from the time you uploaded the link(s) and images(s) so long you play by the rules.

 - All other orders made by different payment methods may more likely take longer, but you can still create an account and reserve your pixel block(s) and place an order (By clicking the order button) , just do not click on the paypal button in this case and then go to "MY ORDER HISTORY" to check your order has been sent to me. Pixels will be blocked for a period of 14 days, and then released if no payment is received, if for any reasons there are delays, let me know. If paying by Money Order, Direct Deposit, Internet Deposit, CASH and wire transfer, there will be instructions for such payment in your account, but more likely is just a matter of contacting me to ask for my bank account or my address, then we can be in touch and I know you are serious.

FRAUD & SCAM

No body can sell you my pixel block(s), as they are only leased by me and not for sale. If someone is trying to sell you a block of pixel on my site, let me know ASAP.

I will not be responsible for any fraud & scam nor will a provide you with block(s) of pixels that you never leased from me.

Though some of my existing customers may rent their link(s), so their link(s) direct to your website, I cannot be held responsible for their actions.
